European Brain Health Summit 2026

Building the Foundation for a Brain Healthy Society and Economy

Wednesday, 18 March 2026, 09:30-12:30 CET

The European Brain Health Summit continues its tradition to serve as a global platform where clinicians, policymakers, researchers, patient advocates and other professionals come together to advance a shared vision for improving brain health for all. The 2026 summit, held in Brussels during Brain Awareness Week (16-22 March 2026), takes place at a pivotal time, as momentum builds for a coordinated European strategy to address neurological health through comprehensive, unified brain health plans.

Central to the brain health agenda is the understanding that optimal brain functioning across the entire life course is essential, with early childhood representing a particularly critical period that shapes long-term outcomes. With optimal brain function across the lifespan at its core, this year’s Summit aims to drive collaboration, advance effective strategies to reduce the burden of brain disorders, and promote prevention, early intervention, and lifelong protection of brain health.
