ePosters Virtual
Preparing your presentation
All ePoster Virtual will be available On-Demand only.
Presentation Breakdown
ePoster Virtual: 2 minutes (2 minute presentation and no live Q&A)
An ePoster must be a single-page 16:9 PDF in landscape orientation with narration. See ‘Uploading your presentation’ below for details.
Please be aware that for accepted ePosters Virtual, narration is mandatory to complete your presentation.
The EAN Head Office is at liberty to cut off any presentation that exceeds the given time. There is no presentation template for the EAN 2022 Congress. Structure your ePoster to include: Title, conflicts of interest, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The conflict of interest section must include the name of the supporting company or institution. All presentations must be unbranded. Should you choose to add videos to your presentation, these may be embedded with a QR code. Carefully observe the instructions sent to you by the EAN Head Office and technical providers.
ePosters sent via email cannot and will not be processed. Keep the content of each relevant section of your single-page PDF simple. Be aware of font and image sizes, as ePosters will be displayed on the Virtual Congress Platform On-Demand.
Presenting at the Congress
There are no slots for all ePosters Virtual at the congress as these are strictly On-Demand. Congress attendees can reach out to presenters via the ‘Contact the faculty’ button on the Virtual Congress Platform. The presentation type ePoster Virtual was added this year to allow delegates to share their research without the requirement of being present on-site in Vienna. Nevertheless, presenters must at least be registered to the congress with the Virtual Interactive registration, and can of course still register to be present on-site in Vienna, aware that ePosters Virtual are On-Demand only.
All ePosters Virtual must be uploaded to our system via the Virtual Speakers’ Centre.
ePosters Virtual must not deviate from the given 2 minutes of narration (as indicated in your information mailing).
Uploading your presentation
All presenters (Invited Presentations, Oral Presentations, ePresentations, ePoster, and ePoster Virtual presentations) will receive a message with detailed information on scheduling by the end of March 2022. - The material needs to be uploaded via a personalized link that will be sent to all presenters by the given deadline in the informational email. Detailed instructions on how to record your narration will be sent to the abstract presenter by our technical provider.
