By train:

The City Airport Train is the fastest and most convenient way to reach Vienna from the airport and it will reopen in Spring 2022. It takes about 16 minutes each way between the airport and the city centre. Please find further information here: https://www.cityairporttrain.com/en/home

By taxi:
Various taxi companies offer a shuttle service from Vienna Airport to the city centre. Bookings can be made online as well as at the airport.

Vienna has a comprehensive, fully-integrated public transport network consisting of five underground lines, 28 tram routes and more than 100 bus routes. Waiting times are very short – and as little as just 3-5 minutes at peak times. It takes just seven minutes to reach Stephansplatz from the Austria Center Vienna on the U1.
