Talking about wisdom, we talk about leadership competence, a deep understanding of what motivates people and how to manage them to deliver on agreed priorities. Studies find that wise compassionate leaders are perceived as stronger and more competent.
In this Special Skills Session, you get to know the matrix of wise compassion in leadership. We will explore how the practice of compassion and interpersonal wisdom can enhance social coherence. And why wise compassion starts with loving yourself.
