Evaluation & Certificates

Quality and Diversity in EAN

The main mission of EAN is to ensure excellence in Neurology. In order to guarantee the quality of the upcoming congresses, we are carrying out a general congress evaluation and evaluation of all individual sessions.

EAN cares about diversity and asks speakers from different countries to speak at the sessions. Since 50% of EAN’s congress participants are female, it is important for us that there is also a gender balance of speakers. When proposing sessions and speakers for the congress, our panels are asked to include not only famous speakers, but also young rising stars. All feedback given during EAN meetings will be evaluated by our Ethics and Quality Task Force and considered for the next congresses.

Please help EAN raise the quality of the events and evaluate the sessions. If you have suggestions on how EAN can improve, please contact us via email or visit us at the booth.

General Congress Evaluation

General Congress Evaluation will be available to all participants from the 2nd day of the congress – please make sure to give us your feedback and fill out the survey via the congress platform under MyCongress/Evaluation

Evaluation deadline: Monday, 15 July 2024, 23:59 CEST.

Upon submitting the evaluation, a certificate of attendance will be available for download in the “Certificate” area.

Session's Evaluation

Evaluation of the attended sessions will be possible during the sessions and until the end of the congress. In return for the submitted evaluation, a CME certificate will be available for download in the “Certificate” area on the congress platform

Speaker Evaluation

Session evaluation provides feedback not only concerning the quality of the session itself, but it is also an assessment of speakers’ performance. It shows if the performance and the presented content were up to the participants’ expectations. Evaluation results, analysed by the Ethics and Quality Task Force, are forwarded in form of an individualised report to the speakers, which allows them to learn about the received feedback and consider it for future lectures. Moreover, speakers’ performance evaluation impacts planning and composition of faculty of future EAN congresses and other educational events.

Session Evaluation

Evaluation of the sessions will be available for onsite and online participation. Onsite participants are welcome to visit the “Evaluation station” or the MEET booth to evaluate the attended sessions in case they cannot access the website with their own devices.

  • CME Certificate

If you require a CME certificate for your participation, please evaluate the attended sessions until Tuesday, 2 July 2024, 23:59 EEST.

Please note that only educational and scientific sessions will be included in the CME certificate.

  • Participation confirmation

For those participants who evaluated the attended sessions between Wednesday, 3 July 2024 and Monday, 15 July 2024, 23:59 CEST, a participation confirmation will be available for download in their MyEAN profiles.
