| 8 September 2023 | Deadline for submitting order forms for the allocation process and registration to the industry allocation meeting. |
| 6 October 2023 | Industry allocation meeting @Messukeskus, Helsinki |
| November 2023 | Start of open sale of exhibition space, industry sessions and sponsorship items |
| 19 January 2024 | Deadline for abstract submission |
| End of January 2024 | EAN Industry Download area and technical manuals available and start of submission period for meeting room requests. |
| 20 February 2024 | Deadline for submission of preliminary programmes of industry sessions |
| 24 April 2024 | Deadline for early registration |
| 30 April 2024 | Deadline for submission of final programmes of industry sessions |
| 21 May 2024 | Submission deadline of booth plans for general approval. |
| 25 June – 16 July 2024 | Virtual Congress Platform www.eanvirtualcongress.org available for registered congress participants including Virtual Exhibition |
| 29 June – 2 July 2024 | 10th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology – Helsinki 2024 |
