Austropa Interconvention has been appointed as the official housing partner for the EAN Congress 2027 and is offering hotel accommodation and other travel services for group and individual bookings.

Kindly note that the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

The meeting rooms can be booked directly with EAN. The submission period for Industry Meeting Room requests opens at the end of January 2027. Booking options and request details will be communicated at the beginning of the submission period. For this purpose, please send your request to meetingroom(at)ean.org.
