| 11 November 2025 | Site visit and industry allocation meeting |
| End of November 2025 | Open sale begins for exhibition space, industry sessions, and sponsorship items |
| 15 January 2026 | Deadline for abstract submission |
| End of January 2026 | EAN Industry Download Centre and technical manuals available and start of submission period for meeting room requests |
| 17 February 2026 | Deadline for submission of preliminary programmes of industry sessions |
| 22 April 2026 | Deadline for early registration |
| 28 April 2026 | Deadline for submission of final programmes of industry sessions |
| 23 June – 14 July 2026 | Virtual congress platform www.eanvirtualcongress.org available for registered congress participants including Industry Area |
| 27 – 30 June 2026 | 12th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology in Geneva, Switzerland |
