Accomodation

AIM Group International has been appointed as the official housing partner for the EAN Congress 2020 and is offering hotel accommodation for group and individual bookings. A wide range of hotel rooms at very competitive rates and fair conditions in various hotels of different categories has been reserved. The majority of the hotels are located near the congress venue or in direct vicinity.

Group Bookings

Bookings for 8 or more rooms are subject to different terms and conditions. Reservations will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in receiving a group offer, please send your request stating the required number of rooms and dates to hotel(at)ean.org.

Individual Bookings

For individual bookings, third-party bookings or small groups up to 7 rooms, enter the Individual Booking Platform.

Payment

The hotel bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the pre-payment for the total stay. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) only. The hotel prices include breakfast, VAT and the city tax. Further extras have to be settled directly at the hotel reception.

Cancellation and Alteration

All booking changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing to hotel(at)ean.org.
Cancellations (of the total stay or individual nights) will be charged as follows:

• by 20 March 2020: €60.00 net handling fee
• as from 21 March to 10 April 2020: One-night penalty
• as from 11 April 2020: Reservation is charged in full 

Administration fee for any changes on confirmed hotel bookings are subject to a handling fee of €25.00 net.
