This career development session will be an onsite only session where interested participants get the opportunity to:

• Connect and network with mentors, mentees and other interested participants
• Gain a brief introduction into the programme and what is mentorship really about and EAN learnings
• Define expectations, identify challenges, and develop solutions in interactive group work
• Hear experiences from current mentor-mentee pairs

We invite you to come a few minutes earlier - coffee and pastries will be served to welcome all participants and provide an opportunity for networking.
