Meeting Rooms for the EAN Congress 2026 can be booked from December 2025.

12th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology in Geneva, Switzerland from 27-30 June 2026.
We are happy to assist you managing your meeting room(s) booking and answer any questions that may arise during the planning. Important Dates and Deadlines

Allocation of Meeting Rooms
Following the close of the submission period, the allocation of meeting rooms will be carefully conducted, taking into account the committed sponsorship and exhibition amount at the EAN Congress 2026.
Requests received after 17 February and until 30 April 2026 will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Availability & Opening Hours
All Industry Meeting Rooms at the 12th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology will be purpose-built and available upon request. Consequently, meeting rooms can be booked exclusively for a minimum duration of four days.
Meeting rooms are available from Saturday, 27 June 2026 to Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
On 27 to 29 June, all meeting rooms may be used between 08:00 and 20:00, and on 30 June between 08:00 and 16:30.
Registration
Registration for the EAN Congress 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland, is required for all participants, and free badges will not be provided for the meeting rooms. For any questions regarding registration, please contact our registration management under registration(at)ean.org.

Terms of Use and General Information
Please note:
- Rooms booked as industry meeting rooms are intended for internal, invitation-only meetings and cannot be used as Scientific Business Suites.
- Only industry partners can book industry meeting rooms.
- Standard set-up of meeting rooms is boardroom, and any other set-up is not possible.
Permitted Activities:
- Rooms may be hired for staff briefings, for meetings with associated professionals, such as speakers/investigators, and for other small, closed (invitation-only) meetings.
- Any hospitality provided must be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.
- One rollup with company logo and meeting room number is allowed at the entrance.
Prohibited Activities:
- Activities such as ‘Meet the Professor’ or ‘Meet the expert’-type events, scientific presentations, educational events, or any similar activity that would detract from the EAN scientific program or compete with other approved sponsored activities, are expressly forbidden.
- Commercial and/or product presentations are not allowed.
- Promoting these meetings in any form prior to or during the congress is prohibited.
