At Campus Biotech, you can find a unique environment ranging from discovery to clinical application. Campus Biotech brings together neuroscience, neuroengineering and artificial intelligence to advance brain research and develop next-generation neuromodulation therapies, by uniting EPFL, UNIGE, HUG, HEPIA, start-ups and GESDA.
Campus Biotech houses a unique set of cutting-edge technological and clinical platforms, available to researchers, clinicians, and industrial partners. These platforms foster synergies between disciplines and offer robust, flexible, and interconnected experimental environments. Each platform has its own dedicated space and specialised scientific governance.
Recognised under Article 15c of the Federal Act on the Promotion of Research and Innovation, the Fondation Campus Biotech Geneva (FCBG) is a research institution of national importance and a centre of technological excellence. It coordinates joint experimental platforms that enable large-scale interdisciplinary research and serves as a meeting point where scientific communities connect, exchange ideas, and innovate together.
During the 45-minute tour, you will discover the remarkable architecture of Campus Biotech and explore several of its state-of-the-art research platforms, including the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Platform, the Neural Microsystems Platform (NMP), the Virtual Reality and Digital Engineering Platform (VRD), the M/EEG Neuromod Platform, and the Clinical and Sleep Research Platform (CSR).
The tour will follow by a Q&A session at Crushly Café, located inside Campus Biotech. Afterwards, with your tour ticket, you can also join the evening networking event in the foyer, Meet Your Neurology Network.
