Public Brain Health Day 2026
Public Brain Health Day at the EAN Congress 2026 in Geneva
Monday, 29 June 2026
The European Academy of Neurology (EAN), together with our Brain Health Mission initiative (BHM), is delighted to announce the second edition of the Public Brain Health Day, taking place on Monday, 29 June, in conjunction with the EAN Congress 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Established to raise awareness and provide the general public with practical knowledge on maintaining and promoting brain health, the Public Brain Health Day addresses the growing need for accessible information on neurological diseases, prevention strategies, and ways to improve brain health. This initiative creates a bridge between medical professionals and the wider community, fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
Open to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, educators, non-profit representatives, parents, and anyone with an interest in brain health, the event is designed to unite voices, exchange ideas, and advance the understanding of brain health in an inclusive environment.
The event will feature expert-led talks in both French and English (with live simultaneous translation) on brain health topics, practical sessions, and networking opportunities. This year’s edition focuses on three key topics: headache, sleep, and epilepsy, highlighting current knowledge, practical considerations, and ways to improve awareness and understanding across communities.
